Dear all,

I had followed two trainings about PDF and EPSR in 2010. I did PDF in the 2010-2015 period with an X'Pert MPD Pro (Mo radiation, flat sample, aut. div. slits and X'Celerator detector, collection time 4x4h). I used PDFGETX2 to reduce the data. In addition to EPSR, a plausible structure was published with a 3-oxids glass (SiO2-B2O3-Na2O).

Today I reactivate this skill with an Empyrean platform (silver tube, mirror, capillary and Gallipix detector, collection time 4x4h). I have collected data with the same 3-oxids sample. I still use PdfgetX2 because it is working perfectly on my computer.

I wonder if the corrections applied with the X'Celerator detector could be the same for the GaliPix one. I'm not sure of that. I looked at the PdfGetX2 manual but I need a refresh.

Find attached (i) the I(Q) .dat file for glass (ii) the .dat file for the empty container (iii) the .hst file with the applied corrections. The PDF could be generated with the 1st peak at 1.55A (Si-O bond).

As a final remark, we plan to switch to a flat sample geometry since F(Q) signal is very noisy at high Q compared to F(Q) acquired with the Mo source. Thanks for your help
