Hello,
I was wondering how the step function is implemented in the new PDFgetX3. In the documentation it says you can apply termination functions 'lorch', 'step' or both. From my tests, 'step' didn't seem to have any effect, whether using in conjuntion with 'lorch' or on its own.
Is 'step' the default behaviour?

sorry for the confusion.  Step is the default and so you wouldn't expect it to have any effect if you select it.  It was implemented this way to allow for more termination functions in the future if people want them (and to toggle back and forth if you need to).  However, it seems that we may want to tweak the documentation to make that clear.

Thanks for the question Kenny.
