pdfgetx licenses etc.

Hi everyone,

The web location where the PDF licenses can be obtained and the software download have moved.  We are in the process of updating the diffpy.org website with the correct link, but for now, please can you go to:

https://inventions.techventures.columbia.edu/search

and search for pdfgetx to get the license and the software.

There are a few bug fixes there, but please keep an eye out for a new python 3.14 version that should appear sometime shortly.
