Getting a full license for xPDF Suite

Hi,

I was wondering who to contact to get the working, non-evaluation license for xPDF Suite for an academic user?
I have tried to approach Prof. Billinge via the email indicated in the XPDF Suite help, but with no success so far. Might be the communication issue, though - I know that recently one of the relay servers of Lunds University email has been blacklisted due to the spam issues/cyber-attack/whatever, so maybe he didn't receive my requests.
