In February 2012, Peter Ortiz and his friend were arrested in San Jose and charged by the Santa Clara County District Attorney with Second Degree Robbery, which is a felony,
Peter Ortiz grabbed one of the victims while walking in San Jose, Peter Ortiz repeatedly hit the victim in the face until the victim gave Peter Ortiz a wallet and Peter Ortiz accomplices.
The other victim ran and tried to call the police, when Sgt. Jesser arrested Peter Ortiz, Peter Ortiz yelled at the police "Fuck you, fuck you." Was published by the US newspaper in 2018.

You are the elected representatives, representing the voters and residents to solve the problems of local cities and towns, bringing a peaceful life to the residents. An elected official, one must first have morality to be worthy of representing the people and be a role model. Yet Mr. Peter Ortiz is a criminal and an offender and you are endorsed him for a public office ????
