Hello working people!

There are currently 10 people in the list, I believe that it will reach targeted 20.

Let's not waste time on management, while community gathers, we can do/agree on some stuffs, don't we?

1. Google group for developers - we need a new Google group for chat, discussion, arguing etc... Group name: 'diem2-devs'. Agree?
2. Project management tool - I have just send an e-mail to Teambox if they are willing to support. Nevertheless, probably they will not, I proposed http://collabtive.o-dyn.de. Any other proposals?
3. Teamleader - for now, Maxim Borisov stated his will to lead the project. Don't be modest, any competition here? It is democracy, indeed, but when that fails, someone needs to make decisions. Teamleader will create and manage tasks and will do definitely code quality assurance.
4. Voting system - Google spread sheet, state your name and vote for some decision? Any other idea?

Please state your opinion.

For other things, we have to wait for team leader.

Thank you.

1) group name is ok. Please inform us as soon as it's created.
2) Collabtive does not seems to be feature-rich solution. Teambox look nice, though I haven't heard of it, nor used it before. I'm accustomed to Redmine. It has some drawbacks but It's free and powerful. And it has some nice mobile apps using it's API both for iOS and Android - it will speed up communication, especially for those of us who are willing to devote their off-work time for the project (or haven't convinced their employer to spend time on this project yet - as in my case). I can provide hosted Redmine installation on my server.
3, 4) I'm ok with it.

For project management I prefer JIRA. I can provide server, license and administration
It supports voting as well, also I can't remember the service for feature-voting, it's free and seemed very simple and handy.
We need also general discussion of architecture, Google docs is OK for that. It supports annotations and multiple-edit.

Can you also provide Stash?
I love it for code review, but is insanely expensive for teams over 10 devs

1. The group is created: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/diem2-devs
2. @Maksim - JIRA it is, if you can provide it, of course. Teambox said "no" - as I expected. Please inform us as you setup all required.
3. Team leader  - Beside Maksim, Alexei Shulga stated "TBD" in the document. Alexei, are you willing to lead as well, as Maksim?
4. Voting - via JIRA then.

It requires to have all atlassian services to be already installed. I should do it this week and feel the form. Maybe we'll have crucible and fish eye for free )

Greenhopper as Agile plugin would be very nice too!
