view.yml which class generates paths?

I have a problem with diem project on Windows.

Some paths to static files like css or js was generating with full
Windows path

<script type="text/javascript" src="E:/projects/git/www/site/web/
jquery.js"></script>

But some other paths seems to be normal
<script type="text/javascript" src="/web/front.js"></script>

Maybe somebody know where such paths generated? In what class/place in
code?
Or maybe I should to write some other settings?

Also, when I generate project under Ubuntu all paths are ok. But in
windows I suble upon such a problem.
