Dear 'Die Hard Indian',

----+---+---+----+---+---+----+---+---+----+---+---+----+---+---+

3. Thanks to BMC, the footpath on Lady Jehangir Rd (on west side of Dr BA main Road i.e from Ruia signal towards Ruia college) is been repaired after basic paperwork and follow-up:

Unfortunately complete road re-surfacing of Sir Bhalchandra Rd and Road 32 (between Khalsa and VJTI) could not be started before April 30 deadline. Hence the same would be done after monsoons.

Inspite of persistent follow-up with BMC for concretization of Dr B.A Road patch (outside Sion-Matunga police station), work has been delayed as local traffic police has denied permission to BMC. Traffic here becomes a nightmare during monsoons, and though BMC had put some paver blocks, this patch needs to be concretized.

5. 'Sunday Friends' has organised its 32nd Blood Donation Camp on Sunday, 9th June 2013 at Ram Wadi. In order that you successfully donate blood in our forthcoming Blood Camp, please KEEP FIT, by eating Hemoglobin boosting foods like green leafy vegetables, fruits, dry-fruits (specially dates).

Same way, please try to lead a peaceful life to have control over blood-pressure, which can also be a cause of rejection by avoiding late nights and junk food.

6. Quest Foundation runs a Wellness Library on ground floor of Gurukripa Building (next to Jain temple of Sion West). There are more than 4,000 books on wellness subjects like, yoga, mediation, pranayama, anatomy, children moral stories etc. The library is open to all without charging any fees or any kind of registration.

Now, Quest Foundation plans to open a section on "Jainism" in their library and would appreciate if friends and well wish-wishers would like to contribute some good quality books on Jainism. The donors may contact Mr. Nitin Mane, Librarian on 9870139265 for a free pick up of the books from donors place.
