1. The proposed LBT (Local Body Tax) would increase harassment of traders and corruption, due to increased paperwork. In effect, it would result in price rise for the common man. 2. NGO Shankaralayam has organized their hallmark event "The Annual Samaj Shakti Awards" function on 25th May, Saturday at 6:45 pm at Shanmukhananda Hall, where exemplary men/ women, who have excelled in their respective field of Education, Social Service, Medicine, Sports, Fine Arts etc. are honoured and felicitated.

4. Matunga-resident Vishal Naresh Shah solved a very old problem of a major traffic jam at LBS Marg (Dharavi junction going towards bus depot) after BMC removed its project obstructions.
