Yesterdays Spravato Session

During my Spravato session yesterday, there was a moment where what I can only call “God” became very clear to me.
I often use other words for it as well — consciousness, awareness, the universe, the Tao, the One Field, or simply THIS.
But yesterday, it felt like God.
What struck me was not a being separate from me.
It was the absence of separation.
People, thought, sensation, movement — all appearing as one energy:
moving
floating
morphing
And the interesting thing is that I don’t think something new was created in that moment.
It felt more like the usual sense of separation briefly fell away.
As if this is always the case, but thought continuously divides life into “me” and “everything else.”
For a while there was less sense of being a separate self standing outside of life.
It wasn’t that I was experiencing the energy.
There was just God.
