Hello Everyone,

I did not send out anything this week.

I was wondering if we can talk about suffering! When we say we hold the entire suffering how do we do that? It is being experienced as what by us?

At this body mind level how is it processed? Is it experienced when it’s brought to our attention? Or it’s always there as an undercurrent of what all of us are?

Hope we can engage in exploring this after Thursdays dialogue group a little deeper.

Hi Everyone

I know we can feel the holiday spirit in the air, so I am sending out this 2 min short on the Observer and the observed. It also talks about how action is taken when we feel separate. In non separation K says there can be no action. 🤯🤔🤔🤔🤔. I know we will have a fantastic dialogue on this one from our perspectives. 😁
