In my opinion, time does exist, but jivas or seekers struggle to "improve".
Which makes them unhappy.
   
The saying goes: happy people don't notice time.

In deep meditation or in deep sleep do you feel time ? It seems that in silence time does feel suspended. No movement. Movement seems to give us a sense of time. 🤔

Just my 2 cents take on it.

Hi Rani, I agree,
 there is no time in deep sleep or in silence.
 
As for deep meditation,  in my opinion, it depends.
 
If deep meditation is closer to manolaya or Nirvikalpa,
 then there is no feeling of time.
If deep meditation is closer to Savikalpa,
 then there is feeling of time.
 
As for movement, I agree,
 when there is a perception of movement,
 then the feeling of time arises,
 and thank you for this sharp observation.
