The feel of being here.
Aliveness.
Beingness.
Nothing missing.
If you’re looking for it,
keep returning
to the feel of being here.
If you’re hungry, eat.
If you’re thirsty, drink.
If you’re tired, sleep.
Just life.
And in that…
no grasping.
nothing to hold.
nothing to push away.
A quiet freedom.
And a simple beauty
that was never absent.
Let it be.

but gathered into this moment.
What could be more fascinating than that?
The question asks for more…
