Hello Everyone,
My Father would say always speak in a manner that is not offensive to people. You can tell the truth but always be pleasant. If someone shouts at us we react even if we are wrong but if someone tells us in a nice way we are more receptive. So tonal aspect of the words have an impact on us. I found this fascinating as more and more research is being done on the impact of sound on body mind. 
Here in this short video Rupert Sheldrake talks about Amen and its resonance within us.  Maybe we can try this out as an experiment ourselves in the group to see how this affects us. Interesting thing he says we are connected to all the chanters before us. 
I may not be there on Friday as I have a home inspection review at 12. 
I will try to log in if I am back soon.
