503: Service Unavailable when downloading OpenPGP Nuget

This was working fine yesterday but then sometime last night we started getting a 503 service unavailable when trying to download via nuget package manager.

We tried hitting 
https://repo.didisoft.com/repository/nuget manually and after we successfully authenticate with username/password the browser comes back with.  "The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later".

This happened to use briefly last week 12/4/2019 as well.

If this is fixable on my end, can some one let us know what we can do to stabilize this nuget feed?

It seems like it may be something on the didisoft network.  If that is the case can someone from didisoft let me know what the issue is and when the server will be back online.

I'm sorry for this inconvenience. The service was really down due to the provider maintenance window.
