Please find attached a flyer for Hash CAMRA 2019 - this year being hosted by NWH3 in Cricklade.

As the flyer says, online registration will open a few months before the event.

HHHi Hashers:  I’ve been given your name & email address as the ‘Hash CAMRA’ contact for your Hash, but if that is incorrect, out of date etc, please pass this on and ask whoever-it-is-now to let me know!

 

I attach a short, sharp flyer to forward to your Hash circulation list, so that those who might be interested in attending this year’s event can put a marker in their diaries.  As you’ll see, the registration process is to be (as CL remarked) more fitting for the 21^st century, and the information which each Hasher will be asked to complete online will include:

·        Full name

·        Hash name

·        Email address

·        Hash affiliation

·        Meat or veggie meal

·        Drink of choice (ale, lager, cider, wine, softies)

·        Run preference (long, medium, walk)

·        Whether Hash GM or RA

Payment will be made through Paypal.

 

Further details will be forthcoming, eg where the list of those who have booked can be found; other attractions after lunch, such as a tasting and/or a quiz; where to park, and how to reach Cricklade by public transport; etc.  I hope that as your Hash’s rep, I can ask you to act as the conduit of Q&A both to & fro:  if you want to let us have an indication in due course of how many might attend, that would be helpful.
