Good morning.
With just 16 days to go for the mega event – District Toastmasters Annual Conference 2013 – we are pleased to announce that the number of delegate registrations have crossed the 700 mark. Imagine along with these 700, we have some more to come plus the sponsors, guests, invitees etc., I am sure this is going to be one great affair for the Organizing Committee. They have put in a lot of hard work till date and I know that it is going to be more during the next two weeks, but eventually it is the satisfaction of serving you that counts.

One very important thing which I request for all of you to Communicate and provide us information is regarding the BANNER MARCH. Our logistics team is getting ready for this show and we need your assistance. With over 270 plus clubs in District 20, it is our wish that each and every club is showcased during the conference. · Number of clubs in your respective Divisions / Areas who shall be bringing their banner and participating in the banner march
· When can you hand over the banner for collection – for example, clubs in UAE can hand them over well in advance
· Whether you have an Area or a Division banner also which should be included in the session
· Who shall be participating in the banner march from your respective clubs (optional)
Kindly treat the matter as urgent and provide us the information.
