relation of rt-struct slices with a certain contour

Hello,

I'm trying to select in which slices of a RT-struct file a certain contour is present. Is it possible to do it using this library? And how could it be implemented?

Hi Irene,

Sorry for the delayed reply. It is possible to do this, but you would need to loop over each contour for each ROI then validate the contour data matches the one that you seek.

Unless you are looking to search for a contour by name.
