new user, crack when open a patient

hi, i am a new user for dicompyler.  I downloaded this on windows. However, when i try to open a patient, the software was crashed.

In this case, it looks like the Chinese characters are in your top level folder on the D:\ drive. Could you move the DICOM files to another location? It should then work. The other option is to run from source, as that version should support unicode.
