e.g. V60 with a/b=10 Gy or d 0% with a/b=2Gy

Are you looking for a function specifically? One doesn't exist currently. You can use the standard EQD2 formula to get this in Python.

Do you have a suggestion on how to implement this in dicompyler-core?
