rename ROI name

I have the list of the ROI number, ROI name, contour data, geometry type of the strucutre file (rs.dcm) in the DICOM format. I want to rename the ROI name. How can i do that? I wnat to rename 'Bowel' as 'Sigmoid'. Either in matlab or pyhton is OK
