What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use scaledose plugin to INCREASE dose
2. Try to retrieve GetDoseConstraint value for a volume with dose higher
than the max before scaling

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It never returns dose higher than the max before scaling.

I don't think I have used scale dose to increase dose before. I have only
used it to reduce dose. Will need to look into this.
