Character Sets actually used in Worklist Servers over European countries

Hello,

I'm trying to determine which Character Sets are actually used by DICOM worklist servers over European countries (Western & Eastern), arabic countries like Saudi Arabia and Japan.

Reviewing the DICOM Conformance Statement of some PACS and CT/MR scanners, I noticed that the typical Engineer short answer "it's ISO-IR 192 (UTF-8)"  is not that obvious.
Indeed, some CT/MR scanner DCS even mention ISO-IR 100 as the default character set used when querying the worklist.

Hence my question...
