Hi,

Long story short:

what do people think of putting SpecificCharacterSet attributes (modification reason= CONVERT) in OriginalAttributesSequence>ModifiedAttributesSequence. It this going to cause potential downtream filters issues ?

Use case: I am converting legacy charset (eg. ISO_IR 100) into ISO_IR 192.
