Is DICOMSUMMARIZE part of DICOMBROWSER?

I am trying to read large datasets and dump some specific info to a csv/txt file but having issues with Imagej.

Short reply: yes it is. The class used by DicomSummarize, org.nrg.dcm.edit.CSVSummaryBuilder, is in the latest download bundle available on bitbucket, but the wrapper script isn't in there. I recently created a full distribution build but haven't pushed it up yet. You can try running DicomSummarize directly like so:

java -cp DicomBrowser-1.7.0b5-bin-with-dependencies.jar org.nrg.dcm.edit.CSVSummaryBuilder

Just add any required arguments to that command. I'll try to upload the distribution jar when I get a chance.

Thank you Rick...

When you say to run as such
Java -cp....

Is this from the command line?

Yes, from the command line. I believe that's the only way that DicomSummarize works, i.e. I don't think there's a GUI for it. Someone may disabuse me of that notion if it's untrue.

That’s right. The “Linux” (really .tar.gz) package has shell wrappers for DicomSummarize and DicomRemap that should also work fine on Mac OS X. Windows is just different and while there are .bat equivalents, they were written many versions ago and I haven’t done anything to verify they still work.
