Issues viewing compressed Dicom Image

Hi - 

I am trying to view an image in Dicom Browser (right-click view image), but getting:

Java.io.Exception

ImageJ cannot open compressed Dicom images

Transfer Syntax UID = 1.2.840.10008.1.2.4.70

After a little research, it appears that imageJ needs the bio-formats jar plugin possibly to support compressed images. (https://docs.openmicroscopy.org/bio-formats/6.1.1/users/imagej/)

However, I'm struggling to find the right way to make this plugin available. I see the "Plugins" (new, compile and run, install) and tried these various options but aren't sure thats what these are for?

What is the best way to being able to view compressed DICOM (and for that matter, install this imagej plugin?) Is there a tutorial somewhere?
