Looking for a developer

We are a startup, and this is our first project. We want to develop a program, either executable locally or on the web, that allows us to visualize DICOM files as shown in the attached video. For this purpose, we need the three views with the three cuts, in addition to the 3D model. However, the video illustrates better what we are looking for.
