Hello, everyone.

I have been trying to learn DICOMEdit to use DICOMBrowser for a project that would need me to anonymize (or pseudo-anonymize) certain tags of the patients' DICOM files, and then create a "linker" file, that has a key linking a single "pre-anonymization" item/tag of the patient's information to "post-anonymization", in case any of the patients needs to be traced in the future. This file will locked, of course. Are there any simple methods to do this on a large number of files using DICOMBrowser?

Thank you.

At the moment, I do this in a rather kludgy way via a shell script and calls to the command line version of DicomBrowser, which is called DicomRemap. You should be able to download this command from the main XNAT site. This link might be helpful: https://nrg.wustl.edu/software/dicom-browser/batch-anonymizations/

Best wishes,
