Dicom screen overlay calculation?

Is it possible to perform a calculation in a screen overlay configuration? we are using intellispace radiology 4.7.5.3
Particularly I need to convert newtons to pounds

Unfortunately this group is for a (sadly obsolete) application called DicomBrowser. Yours is a question about Intellispace Radiology; I'd recommend asking someone at your institution for help on its capabilities.
