The Fall season is an invitation to slow down and reflect upon our own life rhythms and changes. What does your soul desire? Working from the heart with writing, drawing, painting and movement we will enter a world of imagination and possibilities. During this 4-hour experiential Expressive Arts workshop we will be expanding the imagination and life’s possibilities through movement, music, guided imagery, and the visual arts. We will explore and reflect upon the stages of life, as well as deepening the understanding and connection to the authentic self. By the end of the workshop you will have a practical plan in place to support what is truly important to you now and in the future. No art experience is necessary—just bring an open heart and open mind.
***Please bring your lunch as there will only be a 30-minute break. Hot water and tea will be provided.
