701 Kingsway Megatower

Hello All,

As you might have noticed there is a development proposal for the 701 Kingsway site that will replace what has become a hub in the neighbourhood with a 25 storey megatower.

The city is looking for feedback on the project. If you have any concerns about this development you have until Feb 20 to offer it. The link below is to the city page where feedback, or, beginning on Feb 7, questions can be posted for the city planners to answer.

To the person who posted the notice about the mega tower

I wonder if you could me/us know what is currently there -  ie what is the current hub in the neighbourhood?

The site is currently the laundromat, sol y limon, pizza place, corner store, and pet supplies. Maybe something else too.
