Shock passed through the Wackie community tonight as it dawned on the remaining few members that one of their lead party animals/ huge big beast/fun maker and trouble shooter was leaving town to take to the mountains of Canada.
Paul was heard wincing "Dont let him go, I need beer!" while Bobby and Josie were muttering under their breath as they headed out early towards the Lion and Lobster "How could he leave us and that beautiful bedroom we gave him?".
Pip took to radiographing him off the Wackie banner but was reportedly seen filling out her immigration papers and was last spotted in STA travel teying to blag her way onto a student flight.
Hogg was suffering as general up the hill. Minty came for a cuddle - well, he imagined she did, he hasn't actually seen her since 1984...but he never gives up. "Simon and I became best buddies from the moment he touched my noodle at Burling Gap, and now he's left me for a red neck," he sobbed as he took another amitryptiline to relieve the depression. The nights just get longer and lonelier for him now.
Jon had nothing to say as he's been suspended from the group after believing he actually had a baby and telling everyone how he's coping so very well. Matt leant him a couple of Amytripytline and he asked which one Andrew was and did he give birth to him too.
Julian was found napping on the train on his way back from London, before he startled some poor Granny out of her seat as he awoke and shouted at the top of his not very quiet voice "well the fecker....". Then he dosed off again before sitiing bolt up right and screaming "Fecking-fecker, where the fecking wind farm in Canada any fecking way?" Crowds were seen disembarking early at Haywards Heath and finishing their commute by foot or bus.
Josie, meanwhile, reported from her most recent hippie retreat that she was upset Andrew had not yet come naked dancing, but being half Indian she'd be coming to Canada to set up a cuddle and comfort group to express free love and enjoyment of nature au naturel.
Jody was besides herself with grief and so had gone out on a 150 mile bike ride followed by a 3km sea swim to try and rebalance her system.
Jenny (was busy making insect repellant for an upcoming trip to morocco) Lizzie (was seconded to Oman) Sonal (was giving a lethal injection at the time) were all unable for comment.
A dark cloud hung over town. A light has moved away, but he's still with us.
Andrew, we wish u all the very best pal - I can only speak for myself but I know I'm actually speaking for everyone, ur a great guy and it's a real exciting strike you've made going over there. We all have such happy memories of you - your gentle leg pulling sense of humour and ur cheeky smile (I'm not gay and I still weigh more than you) ur up for life "go get it" attitude and your strong friendship will be dearly missed.
All the best and have a great start on your new adventure in life, Yeah-Haa!
Brother Hogg
with u all the way!
