Hola de Nerja, I ran today, Yay! 2/3rds the way up a big hill. It took me 4 minutes longer than I used to take, 5 years ago,to run to the top, BOOHOO.   I pedalled along the Med coast today, Yay! But not on my MTB coz the flange has just snapped off my DT Swiis 240s Hub. BOOHOO. And guess what? DT Swiss hubs are warranteed for everything except flange breakage. A bit like Scott and their seat stay breaks! And I have a suspicion both are based in Colarado. Yankie, Bastards!   Anywho, Sonal - right you are missus. Sonal- just back from Spain and got your message on my answer phone. As previously can't make out much of what you said but the thrust seems to contradict your email message below. And as neither message refers to the other I'm not sure what your plans are.  Have now been able check my rota - I'm off work Friday pm and would therefore be aiming to leave from Worthing around 14.00hrs. A.N. Other - 1)VOTWO 's race details include a message that entries are still available. 2) Aim to be pedalling and splashing in Spain again - 20 July. As always free accommodation for anybody who wants to come and play Babs

Hi Babs I was going to ring you but phone died! And charger back in hotel! Just bought a new charger. You were so sick, poor you.
The water was so cold I had to get out of the water early and I didn't feel great after that! I think 7 hours coming from Wales and then waking up at 5 took its toll. Hope you get some rest. It was fab that you actually came to support :)

I was going to say wont need a lift to bexhill this weekend as the waters too cold so I won't be doing the tri as I am not seasoned to that kind of cold.
