Not saving last position?

Hey, I generally love Diceplayer on my Nexus 7 tablet, but over the past few days I've noticed something weird. It doesn't seem to be updating the last played position of a video when I leave it to go back to the main menu. The first time I leave any particular video, it'll remember my place, but can't seem to overwrite that one 'bookmark' as it were. If I go and watch another ten minutes, then exit from the video, it'll pick up from the same spot the next time.

Any ideas for troubleshooting this, or workarounds? Thanks.
