RAMSES patch

Hi Valentin.

Sorry by bother you.
I am starting to interact with DICE-RAMSES.
I will start with the ./dice/example/dice.config example.
In the update DICE mail you wrote:

1. Compile ramses with:

PATCH=../patch/init/dice

2. Add to your namelist:

&INIT_PARAMS
filetype='dice'
initfile(1)=‘/path/to/ICs’

&DICE_PARAMS
ic_file=‘my_ics.g1'
IG_rho=1D-6
IG_T2=1e7
IG_metal=0.001
/

ic_file: the name of the Gadget1 file generated by dice in the folder specified in initfile(1)

IG_rho: the density in the empty cells [cm^-3]

IG_T2: the temperature in the empty cells [K]

IG_rho: the metallicity in the empty cells

I am assuming that the lines regarding the IGM below
are ad-hoc for this example, right?

What about the proper levels of refinement for this test?
Could you give me these numbers (levelmin and levelmax), please?
