Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SSIS Developer with a proven track record of success in the banking industry, particularly in the trading and risk domain. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SSIS architecture, development methodologies, and best practices, along with a strong understanding of Python programming and data integration principles.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement SSIS packages for data integration, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes within the trading and risk domain.
Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements, translating them into effective SSIS solutions.
Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of SSIS packages, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex SSIS issues, maintaining the stability and efficiency of data integration processes.
Document SSIS solutions clearly and concisely, ensuring easy maintenance and knowledge transfer.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SSIS technology and trends, continuously improving technical skills and expertise.

Qualifications:

8+ years of hands-on experience as an SSIS Developer, with a proven track record of success in the banking industry.
In-depth knowledge of SSIS architecture, development methodologies, and best practices.
Strong proficiency in Python programming, including data manipulation, analysis, and automation techniques.
Solid understanding of data integration principles, including data modeling, data transformation, and error handling.
Experience working with large-scale data volumes and complex data sets.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
