 JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Assist with any related digital transformation project deliverables (Project Blue) to ensure ledger is properly set up for implementation of Oracle Hub & FCCS consolidations
2. Submit creation of new chart fields/chart of accounts via Enterprise Data Management tool (EDM) to support future COA structure to support LDTI and other reporting requirements
3. Collaborate with Enterprise Financial System team for any technology or systems request/configuration changes of implemented oracle cloud financial tools
4. Work with Manager to analyse data for business requirements and new configuration needed as part of implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud GL and FCCS Consolidations tools
5. Assist with completing system source accounting rules set up (wireframes) by understanding current logic of existing export files
6. Assist with data analysis in creating a data mapping strategy for received data from subsidiary PLRE in to future Global Chart of accounts and data architecture.
7. Will entail to develop the business requirements and relay to EFS/Alithya team for EDM build. Need to create PLRE data mapping strategy in to Accounting Hub (and/or EDM) w/future COA dimensions. Entails determining the logic to be used to map PLRE PeopleSoft data in to future OCGL taking in to consideration the requirements from FCCS consolidations/intercompany, LDTI and global COA.
8. Will entail collaborating with PLRE SMEs to understand PLRE COA logic and with technology/EFS team to understand technology options (EDM vs Hub).

Complexity: Some COA logic contains multi-dimensions to derive the global COA

9. Assist manager with any analysis needed for implementation of new Enterprise journal tool. Reviewing business requirements, collaborating with implementation partner and performing any testing needed.
10. Prepare journal accounting entries as needed
