Hello! I'm trying to run the spiral galaxy example ICs from Dice with Arepo, but the simulation crashes almost inmediatly with the following error:

task=0 flags=1 0 0 0  (axb)*c = 5.35775e-07
task=0 pp0=67 pp1=-3 pp2=4 pp3=8 p=68 IDs=(1430990400268111344143097) pos_0=(16.6856|28.759|24.5963) pos_1=(100|948.528|-200) pos_2=(9.375|28.125|21.875) pos_3=(16.8958|29.1632|24.8221) pos=(16.6856|28.759|24.5963)
TERMINATE: ******!!!!!******  Code termination on task=0, function InTetra(), file src/voronoi_3d.c, line 3151: strange zero count

It looks to me as if the error occurs while the code develops the voronoi mesh grid, and for some reason is reading those particles as having the same coordinates. I have every configuration with double precision, and i've even managed to rewrite the IC from .g2 format to .hdf5 and adding a grid manually, but then the same exact error occurs.

It only happens with this specific example in Dice, others seem to work fine.

Does any of you have any idea what might be causing this, and how to fix it?

Thanks in advance for any help :D
