JOB DESCRIPTION
Specific
Accountabilities:
- Possess and
applies a broad knowledge of Change Management methodologies, practices
and procedures that identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
and manage anticipated resistance.
- Throughout the change analyst
is responsible for developing strategy and plans, conducting assessments,
leading change activities, providing communications, analyzing gaps and
developing tactics to remove barriers to adopting change
- Works with project manager
and project teams, to support training and communication efforts and
integrating change management activities into the project plan
- Ability to handle complex
assignments with minimum supervision
- Create and execute on
actionable deliverables for the five change management levers:
communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan,
resistance management plan
- Applies judgement and makes
independent recommendations and/or decisions that may affect impacted
groups
- Facilitate
meetings – in-person, online or hybrid model (both)
- Coaches and supports people,
managers, and executives through change transition
Qualifications:
- 5+ years progressive
experience in change management principles, methodologies, tools, and
managing the people side of change as they transition through current to
future state for enterprise organizational efforts; Prosci Certification a
plus
- Must possess
excellent active listening and exceptional communication skills – both written and
verbal; ability to clearly articulate messages and work effectively with a
variety of audiences at all levels (e.g., developing communications in
multiple communications media, such as emails, newsletters, websites,
videos, and presentations)
- Experience in Insurance,
Financial Services and Accounting a plus
- A Bachelor’s
Degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration or
other relevant study, or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as
Project Management or Training Development, is foundational.
- Familiarity with project
management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
