Many Muslims around the world are celebrating the month of Ramadan.
It is during this month that Muslims observe the Fast of Ramadan.
Lasting for the entire month, Muslims fast during the daylight hours
and in the evening eat small meals and visit with friends and family.
It is a time of worship and contemplation. A time to strengthen family
and community ties.
The following are links to discuss Diabetes & Ramadan:
patients who are suffering from severe diseases, whether diabetes or
coronary artery disease, kidney stones, etc., are exempt from fasting
and should not try to fast.
During the month of Ramadan you would miss one dose of Diatech 2000.
The two doses before sunrise and after sunset that you do take must be
taken AFTER or with food not prior.
