Once you get signed in to your seed, your screen has a gray bar with
the title "DIASPORA*PREVIEW" at the left and your user name, "edit
profile", and "logout" at the right. The text/background contrast is
too low.

This is not just my personal opinion. I took a screen shot without
hovering over any of the items and tested the foreground/background
contrast at http://www.snook.ca/technical/colour_contrast/colour.html
I choose the lightest color in a letter "o" for foreground (#989898),
and chose the interior of the "o" as background (#575757).

The results: the colors don't pass the W3C or WCAG compliance tests;
they don't provide enough contrast "when viewed by someone having
color deficits or when viewed on a black and white screen."

I played around with that tool a bit and it only registers as
compliant when the colors are atleast this far apart:
#BBBBBB -> #3E3E3E
which seems a bit excessive, I think the contrast can be lower when
the background is the darker color than when it is a lighter one, I
wonder if the W3C considered that.
