I'd like to develop a RSS for D* - any Diaspora-ready-for-developers VM?

Hi everyone,

I have recently developed a RSS Reader for Ruby on Rails and I'd like to implement it into Diaspora*.

Actually, my very first intention was to do it directly for Diaspora* but I thought I would start learning Ruby from scratch.

I think it's time to start working on adapting it to D* but I have tried really hard and I don't get the Diaspora code working on my PC. It's taking a lot of effort and time that I don't have but I wouldn't like to quit.

Maybe, if someone could point me to some ready-for-developers VM I would be very grateful.

Unfortunaly there's none, but I'm sure we can get your local install
running if you hop into one of our IRC channels and post the actual
problems you're experiencing.
