Installing Gems Errors - Help

I installed Ruby 2.0.0p0 (2013-02-24 revision 39474).  When I run bundle install I get this error:

Installing configurate (0.0.2) 

Gem::InstallError: configurate requires Ruby version ~> 1.9.2.

An error occurred while installing configurate (0.0.2), and Bundler cannot continue.

Make sure that `gem install configurate -v '0.0.2'` succeeds before bundling.

Do I need to downgrade to Ruby 1.9.2 or is there a way around this?
