I have been waiting for your call.

 

This is to intimate that due to prior commitments with companies for MCA batch, on 1st October and 3rd October 2013, it would be  a bit difficult to schedule the process.

 

Could you please reschedule it after 3rd October 2013 or at 11:00 am instead of 9:00 am on 3rd October itself.
