HELP! 'simple' PNG background problem in IE

Howdy!

I got diapo to work and it's great but just came across 1 issue...I have a transparent PNG in my caption and in IE8 there's a black background.

I haven't had a PNG background issue since I left IE6 :)

I don't believe it's the same issue though...any ideas?
