we have 30 smartboards using smart notebook 11 with smart ink. images were deployed, system works fine under admin account but when standard user logs in it will not work. smart ink will not load unless user given local admin privelages and the UAC is disabled. Anyone using same software that has a safer way of getting program to work?
Same here, We have about 30 or more Smartboards and the notebook software works fine with non admins and the UAC still on. Did you activate the software? Smart recently changed their activation policy and made it more tedious. Perhaps that is an issue. We are running Smartboard 11 and Windows 7.

I was working on my smartsheet this morning and I am not sure what happened, a cross-sheet reference was added (I did not intend to do this). Following this, all cells that were initially populated with numbers, reflected 0. I double-checked the formulae and they are all accurate, referencing the correct sheet. I am not able to identify what this "Cross-Sheet Reference Added" is (refer to screenshot of activity log). I need to revert back to the version before this cross sheet reference was added.
