Location: Eagan, MN

Job Description:

The client seeks senior business systems analysts to provide Oracle Receivables, Payables and General Ledger functional expertise for a payment modernization project. The analyst must have proven experience in at least 3-5 full life cycle Oracle e-Business suite implementations, and exposure to large scale and complex Oracle projects with multiple operating units/ledgers, large transaction volume and user base. 

 

Required Skills:

• 7+ years’ in-depth functional knowledge of Oracle Receivables, Payables and General Ledger to effectively manage payment modernization deliverables including process re-engineering activities.
  
• Possess proven experience translating complex business needs into clearly defined Functional requirements by facilitating, interviewing and utilizing proven requirements gathering techniques.
  
• 5+ years’ experience identifying, mapping, and documenting current design of functional processes, Oracle configurations, responsibilities and request groups in Oracle e-Business Suite version 12.1
  
• Significant experience performing unit testing of Oracle applications, developing and executing test scenarios, and overseeing CAT. 
  
• Advanced experience developing and writing requirements according to standard templates including data needs and business rules.
  
• The contractor must have excellent writing skills and possess the ability to deliver quality results with minimum direction and detail, and meet deadlines while handling changing priorities. 
  

 

Preferred Skills:

• HP ALM and VersionOne experience is desired. 
  
• Able to adhere to client development standards and SOX compliance 
  
• Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical
  
• Proven ability to develop and maintain system documentation
  
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction
