Two more RFPs got posted today; 1111 is about empowering workers affected by outsourcing (read it for reals for more information); 1112 is about improving people's involvement with volunteer civic organizations (churches and the YMCA are specifically mentioned, but I think shying away from churches is always a good thing).

I personally think we could go further with 1112 (or at least, that potential solutions are more obvious), but I'd really like to get the RFP process over with ASAP. If we all get to work, it'll be done quickly, and then you'll never have to write another RFP in your life (as long as you escape the clutches of "IT")!

Anyway, read them over, and see what you think, and let me know -- we should make a decision by end-of-day tomorrow.
