Narrowing Down the Final Project

As per our TA's thoughts, we need to narrow down the scope of the final project, both in terms of which STEM discipline we're targeting, and what location.

Does anyone have a problem with narrowing these down to "Engineering" and "the NY state capital district"? That way, as we rework the solution, we can draw heavily on proximity to a particular world-class engineering school (lul), and make use of its experience, etc., and it's of a manageable size now.

Please go ahead and revise your particular sections (particularly the first two) to fit this redefinition of the "problem".
