I'm going to have to get it another thorough read, but this jumped
out on my first glance through.

This is quite interesting in the context of Agile development...
where change is something we're all supposed to be able to embrace
and effectively respond to. However, without trust and professional
respect, we're not going to get very far. I see this as being an
often overlooked variable in the life of a project and probably one
of the most critical.

Thoughts?
